Guizhou Maotai announced today that the board of directors approved six investment related proposals on February 8, including: 1. The company plans to invest no more than 460 million yuan to implement the construction project of the “13th five year plan” Chinese area liquor depot Continuation Project. The project plans to build 15 liquor depots with a total designed liquor storage capacity of 1.84 million yuan 2. It is planned to invest no more than 33.42 million yuan to implement the upgrading and reconstruction project of clean water and sewage diversion pipe network in Dadi area of 201 plant of heyixing liquor company; 3. It is planned to invest no more than 22 million yuan, 4. Guizhou Maotai Liquor Sales Co., Ltd., the holding subsidiary of the company, plans to set up a wholly-owned subsidiary (self-supporting company) in Chongqing and Shenzhen respectively, with registered capital of 50 million yuan.
In addition, the meeting also decided to terminate four donation items, including: Guizhou Maotai Liquor Sales Co., Ltd., a holding subsidiary, donated 2 million yuan to Guizhou good Samaritan foundation; the company donated 12 million yuan to Renhuai Municipal People’s government for the special construction of liquor fire disposal team; the company donated 260 million yuan to Renhuai Municipal People’s government for the special construction of Maotai Town Qilong 10000 ton domestic sewage treatment plant The company donated no more than 546 million yuan to the people’s Government of Xishui County for the construction of Xishui new avenue. So far, the company has not paid the donation.
