Viña Concha y Toro is eyeing strengthen Its positioning in China through the launch of the Concha y Toro Cellar Collection .

Chinese market is looking more promising for Chilean wine since China imposed tariffs on Australian wine, leaving Chile to potentially fill a gap left by the newly-pricier Cabernets and Syrahs from Australia.
From April of 2021, the company’s sales office in Shanghai, has become a distribution subsidiary, joining Viña Concha y Toro’s network of global offices.
According to Marcelo Papa, Technical director of Conch y Toro, Concha y Toro Cellar Collection are performing well, especially the more expensive one, which he said was projected to sell as many as 11,000 cases in China by the end of next year.
