On April 25, the Information Office of Yantai Municipal Government held a press conference on the high-quality development of Yantai wine industry chain in the Penglaiqiu Valley, which marked that Yantai focused on brand building of the wine region reached a new height.

 In 2022, Yantai will launch a series of major activities centering on brand marketing of wine region with high standards. The International Wine Festival was held in cooperation with China Central Television, attracting more than 420 million views. The launch of "International Grape and Wine City - Yantai" named high-speed rail, covering most of the central and eastern regions, Yantai wine charm spread.

 In conjunction with the 130th anniversary of Changyu's founding, it has held more than 20 themed activities such as China Wine Technology and Quality Development Conference, established contacts with Moldova, Georgia and other countries along the "Belt and Road", successfully joined the global wine tourism organization, toured 13 exhibitions and won more than 140 international awards, ranking in the forefront of major wine regions in China. The brand value of "Yantai Wine" jumped to 85.9 billion yuan, ranking the top of the geographical indication wine.
