On September 19, the Dialogue of the World's Seven Coastal Wine Regions and the third "Qiushan on Wine" conference was held in Yantai Penglai.The conference was hosted by China Wine Association, Wine Branch of China Wine Association and Penglai Wine Industry Association. Representatives from seven of the world's grape coast producing areas, eight of China's fine grape core small producing areas, well-known experts and scholars, association leaders, government and enterprise representatives gathered in Fairyland Penglai.
During the period, the China Wine Industry Association officially released the group standard "Wine winery grading Code", and Penglai became the first winery grading pilot area.
Wang Qi, secretary of the Party branch and executive director of China Wine Association, said that in recent years, the influence of Penglai wine industry in the international wine market is increasing day by day, and it has become a bright business card of China's wine industry. This conference is not only a concentrated display of the achievements of Penglai production area, but also an important opportunity for China's wine industry to show confidence and strength to the world.
"Dialogue" is the key word of this meeting. The dialogue of the world's seven major grape coast producing areas, the exchange meeting of the heads of counties (districts) in the main wine producing areas of China, and the dialogue of the top 10 wineries in China "Night talk" have strengthened the exchange and cooperation of the wine industry by building an exchange platform with the coastal producing areas of the world, and provided a "breakthrough" solution for how to open a new bureau in the changing situation of Chinese and even the world wine.
Due to the "3S" characteristics of SUN, SAND and SEA, Bordeaux in France, Tuscany in Italy, Napa in the United States, Casablanca in Chile, Barossa in Australia, Cape Town in South Africa and Penglai in China are known as the "seven grape coast producing areas in the world".
With the "coast" as the link, since 2005, Penglai has held five consecutive sessions of the dialogue of the world's seven major grape coastal regions, building a platform for international exchange and cooperation of coastal terroir, and promoting coastal wine to become a unique symbol with world influence.
At the conference, China Agricultural University and representatives of the world's seven major grape coast producing areas held in-depth dialogues on how to deal with global climate challenges and how to attract young consumers.
The three dialogues in one day gathered the wisdom and wisdom of the world's seven coastal producing areas and the development experience of China's mainstream wine producing areas, but also focused on the current major problems of the wine industry, proposed solutions, and looked forward to the future of the wine industry.
