Recently, wine grapes planted at the eastern foot of Helan Mountain in Ningxia have been ripening, and major wineries have ushered in a busy winemaking season. On September 24, the Ningxia Cultural Tourism New media group, composed of network experts and media reporters, entered the wine producing area at the eastern foot of Helan Mountain, went deep into the wineries in the wine producing area, carried out the "mountains and rivers are far and wide, look at the great scenery of Ningxia" to explore the theme of "wine + cultural tourism" integrated development and record the beautiful harvest.

At Helan Winery, Longyu Winery, Ningxia Zhihui Yuanshi Winery and Ningxia Turandot Wine Town's first project - Yinchuan Anmo Resort, the gathering group communicated with winery owners and senior winemakers, tasted fine wines and interpreted wine stories.

There are unique ecological environment, profound cultural deposits and rich tourism resources along the eastern foot of Helan Mountain in Ningxia, which is one of the most suitable regions for the development of cultural tourism industry. Ningxia was selected by the New York Times as one of the 46 best places to visit in the world in 2013 because "the best wines in China can be made in Ningxia". In 2021, the Global Wine Tourism Organization (GWTO) awarded Ningxia the title of "Recommended Global Wine Tourism Destination", and Ningxia has attracted the attention of wine lovers around the world.

In recent years, the Department of Culture and Tourism of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region has seized the opportunity of cultural tourism being included in the "six new, six special and six excellent" industry in the autonomous region, restructured the cultural tourism industry chain around the wine industry, promoted the integrated development of the industry, and focused on the "winery leisure brand", realized the gorgeous turn from "point" to "line" to "face", and gradually built a new development pattern of the cultural tourism industry. At present, 18 wineries in the eastern foot of Helan Mountain, including Zhihui Yuanshi Winery, Yuquan International Winery and Xige Winery, have completed the A-level tourist attraction evaluation.

On the Helan Mountain, on both sides of the Yellow River, inside and outside the Great Wall, the desert sand Sea, the grape corridor, here poetic journey, every encounter is inseparable from wine. From a bunch of grapes to a glass of wine; From wine tasting to Star Winery Tours... Taking advantage of the wine industry, the space of Ningxia's cultural tourism industry continues to expand and extend, and the "purple miracle" on the Gobi Desert is developing and growing into a composite industry with multi-industry integration and multi-formats superposition. As a unique IP along the eastern foot of Helan Mountain, grape and wine have become the language of Ningxia's dialogue with the world and the link of the world's perception of Ningxia.
