The import data of bottled wine in October showed a significant year-on-year increase, among which Australia imported only 16,000 liters in the same period last year, and soared to 4.02 million liters in October this year. The increase in the data was mainly due to the fact that many Australian wine brands re-established their layout in the Chinese market, some importers signed annual contracts with Australian producers, and a certain amount of products arrived every month. In addition, according to the feedback of some importers, the shipment of entry-level Australian wine is good, and some goods will be replenished for the Spring Festival peak season next year.
In addition to the Australian factor, many of the top 10 wine import sources in October saw a double increase in import volume, which is based on the background that these sources have been declining for most of the year, and the probability is high for importers to clear their inventories to a certain level and begin to replenish.
