In 2024, Yinchuan has planned 37 construction projects around building the "World Wine Capital", including wine + cultural tourism integration, grape planting, new (continued) wineries, industrial chain supporting projects and infrastructure supporting facilities construction projects. At present, Yinchuan has built Manpu Town integrating wine interactive experience, art creation, sports competition, health and leisure, Ningxia's first wine culture theme block - Huaiyuan Wine Street and Yinchuan Culture City Phoenix Fantasy City Seishang City Wine Cellar (Helan Mountain east foot Wine City Experience center), wine theme square and dining block. At the same time, the first phase of Turandot Wine Town project has been completed and put into operation, and the individual buildings of the second phase of the project have been fully capped. The construction of the first wine-themed homestay in China - the Holan Mountain Hostel project is underway, and the construction of Zhangqian Grape County, the world's largest sunken ecological wine industrial park, has officially started, achieving a new breakthrough in the integrated development of "wine + cultural tourism". The wine culture tourism attraction of the producing areas has been continuously enhanced.

At the same time, Yinchuan production area taps the carbon sink potential of winemaking vineyards, relies on intelligent vineyard information system, and implements precision irrigation, which not only saves energy and reduces consumption, but also realizes comprehensive management of mountains, rivers, forests, fields, lakes, grass and sand in industrial parks through the construction of new winemaking grape planting bases and its sheltering belt, turning gravel and desert flats into a vibrant "new oasis". This innovative measure marks a new path of high-quality development in the eastern foot of Helan Mountain wine region, where ecological benefits and economic benefits promote and win each other.

According to the relevant person in charge of Yinchuan Wine Industry Development Service Center, in 2025, Yinchuan will focus on the new and continued construction of wineries, brand promotion, industrial chain extension, cultural and tourism integration and other aspects, in-depth tap the development potential of the project, and plan to hold the 32nd Brussels International Wine Grand Prix. There are more than 30 key projects in six aspects, including Zhangqian Grape County, Turandot Wine Town Phase II, Helan Mountain Hotel (Phase II), Yulu Winery construction, Mulan Duo Winery Phase II expansion, and desertification control on the grassland at the eastern foot of Helan Mountain.

In order to speed up the project construction, Yinchuan wine management department will do a good job as the "waiter" of the project construction, timely grasp the project implementation progress and existing problems, pave the road and bridge for the project in the fastest speed and shortest time, and establish the flow chart of the construction of the wine industry project, strengthen communication and coordination with various departments and counties (districts), and form a working force.
